7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms (UAE)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Cash refunds are not provided

COD service or handling fees are non-refundable

Refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may result in order restrictions
8. Damaged or Defective Products

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.

11. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Arabia Gadget, customers may raise a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Department in accordance with applicable laws.
